When you request an estimate or send a message through the form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to include it, and the description of your project. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation.

We use the information you send to respond to your request, schedule a visit to your property, prepare an estimate, and follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Form submissions are processed by a secure form service that records the submission and delivers it to us by email, along with a confirmation email to the address you provided. That service handles your information only to deliver your message to us.

To keep automated spam out of the estimate form, this site may use Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page, and its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Some pages include an embedded Google Map showing our service area. When a page with a map loads, Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. We do not control the information embedded services collect.

This site does not use cookies to identify you personally. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand in general terms how visitors find and use the site. These tools may set cookies, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and IP address, to keep the site secure and running. This information is not used to identify you.

We keep estimate requests and project correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your project, and keep reasonable business records.

You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it to complete work you have hired us for or to meet a legal obligation.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on their homes and properties. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
